If this sounds familiar...

Keto worked until it didn't
Lost 5kg in the first month. Then nothing. You got stricter. The scale still wouldn't budge.

Intermittent fasting drained you
You pushed through the hunger. The exhaustion by 3pm made work impossible. You couldn't sustain it.

Your blood test results tell a story
Your doctor warns about pre-diabetes or cholesterol, telling you "we should watch this".
If you're here, you've probably tried multiple approaches already.
You didn't fail your diet.
Your metabolism did.
Here's why nothing worked previously

What happened
After years of dieting stress, demanding work schedules, and Singapore's food culture:
- Metabolism slows down
- Cortisol remains elevated
- Insulin sensitivity declines
- Muscle tissue breaks down
- Fat becomes stubbornly resistant to change

Why it happened
Medical research calls this metabolic adaptation—your body's defence mechanism against what it perceives as chronic stress and calorie restriction.
The very diets meant to help have trained your metabolism to resist weight loss.

What this means
This is why you can eat less than you did five years ago and still gain weight. This is why the scale won't move even when you're doing everything 'right.'
This isn't about willpower. It's physiology.

A different approach: Doctor-led metabolic support
Our weight management programme begins where fad diets end and with your actual metabolic health.

Here's how we work

Medical supervision
GP consultation reviews your medical history and blood work. We monitor blood sugar, liver function, cardiovascular markers, and hormonal balance throughout. When something isn't working, we adjust based on data—not generic advice.
Weight loss injections reduce appetite and support blood sugar regulation by working with your body's natural satiety signals. FDA-approved and supervised.
Your first visit is exploratory. Not the right fit? We'll tell you.

Nutritional rebuilding
No restrictive meal plans. No banned foods.
Our nutritionist teaches you to navigate hawker centres and CNY feasts whilst rebuilding metabolic sensitivity—so your body processes carbohydrates efficiently again, energy stabilises, and choices suit your lifestyle.
This isn't deprivation. It's recalibration—learning to eat in a way your body actually works with.

Psychological support
Stress, sleep, and metabolism are deeply connected. Our psychologist addresses the patterns keeping you stuck—late-night eating, work stress, guilt cycles.
We call this holistic because metabolic resistance is rarely just one thing. It's why medication alone isn't enough.
What changes when you join
Your progress isn't measured by scales alone. Because the goal isn't just weight loss, it's health improvement that lasts.

Your body starts responding
Bloog sugar levels respond to treatment-sometimes within weeks.
The afternoon fatigue on that's been stealing your productivity begins to lift.

You finally understand why
What's happening in your body. Why previous approaches failed.
No more guessing. Just clarity.

You're not doing this alone
Three experts coordinate your care.
For the first time in years, you see consistent progress markers that matter.

Results & Suitability
This varies significantly between individuals. Some patients notice appetite changes within the first week; others take longer. Blood sugar improvements often appear before weight changes do. We typically see meaningful metabolic shifts within 8 to 12 weeks, but this isn't a race; it's about sustainable improvement.
Yes, though your body responds differently now than it did at 25. Younger bodies often respond to simple calorie restriction. Yours needs a more sophisticated approach—one that addresses insulin sensitivity, stress hormones, muscle preservation, and the patterns you've developed over decades. That's what this programme does. We're not fighting your age; we're working with your current physiology to address what's become dysregulated.
Weight-loss medications are generally prescribed for patients with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27.5 or higher if accompanied by at least one weight-related medical condition. However, patients with Type 1 diabetes are not eligible for this treatment. You can use our BMI calculator to check your preliminary eligibility, or speak with our doctors to assess if this treatment is suitable for you.
- Improved blood sugar control: Weight loss medications have been shown to help regulate blood glucose levels, which may be beneficial for patients with diabetes or prediabetes. - Reduced risk of cardiovascular and kidney complications: Certain medications have demonstrated cardioprotective benefits, including a lower risk of heart disease. They may also help reduce the risk of kidney-related complications in eligible patients.
Safety & Medication
GLP-1 medications are HSA-approved and have been used in diabetes management for years. We prescribe them only after reviewing your complete medical history, and we monitor you throughout treatment. Every medication carries some risk; our job is to assess whether the benefits outweigh those risks in your specific case.
While not everyone experiences them, side effects can occur. Common reactions include: - Nausea, vomiting, or burping - Digestive issues (such as constipation, bloating, or indigestion) - Abdominal pain - Headache - Allergic reactions (such as rash, hives, or swelling) If you experience side effects or have concerns, please consult your doctor so your treatment plan can be reviewed and adjusted if necessary.
Some patients use GLP-1 injections for several months whilst rebuilding their metabolic health and eating patterns, then gradually reduce or discontinue under medical supervision. Others benefit from longer-term use, particularly if they have metabolic conditions that warrant ongoing support. The decision is always made collaboratively.
