Here's what to expect
Step 1: Book your appointment

- Or WhatsApp us your requirement letter and we'll advise which medical package you need and confirm available appointment slots.
Step 2: Your visit
- Bring your identification (passport, work permit, FIN card) and any official forms you've received.
- Our doctor will complete your physical examination and any required tests.
Step 3: Receive your report
- Your medical report will typically be ready in 2 working days.
- Collect it in person or receive it digitally (where regulations allow). We'll also advise on next steps for submission to MOM/ICA/LTA.
- Need your report urgently? Mention this when booking and we'll do our best to expedite. Additional fees applies.

Types of Medical Tests
Yes. We handle statutory medicals for driving licences, Student Pass, LTVP, Dependant Pass, work passes, S Pass, PR applications, and pre-employment checks. Not sure which you need? Bring your requirement letter to your appointment, or WhatsApp us a photo beforehand for confirmation.
Before Your Visit
Please bring your passport/ID, your requirement letter or forms, glasses/contact lenses if you wear them, and any relevant medical reports. Tip: WhatsApp us a photo of your requirement letter beforehand. We'll confirm what you need to bring and help you avoid a second trip.
For most statutory medicals, fasting is not required. If your particular test needs fasting, we will inform you when you book.
Results & Next Steps
Most results are ready within 1-2 working days. If you have a firm deadline, please share that with us. We will let you know what is realistically possible.
Yes. We can provide your report as a printed copy for you to submit, email it to you securely, or submit it directly through the required channel where regulations allow (if applicable).
Our doctor will discuss any findings with you privately and explain them clearly. The final approval decision rests with the relevant authority, not our clinic—and many health conditions don't automatically result in rejection, particularly if they're well-controlled. If you're concerned about a specific condition, please raise this during your consultation so we can discuss your options.

Appointments & Scheduling
Yes, we see this frequently. We offer same-day and next-day appointments where possible and accept walk-ins subject to availability. Some tests have fixed processing times, so tell us your deadline and we'll let you know honestly what can and cannot be done.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking an appointment to minimise your waiting time, as priority is given to scheduled patients.
Most screenings are completed within 15-20 minutes including tests and a consultation.

Other Concerns
You'll complete your personal details and any applicant declaration sections. Our doctor and clinic staff will complete the medical findings and certification sections. Before you leave, we verify that everything is properly signed, stamped, and dated. If you're unsure about any section, just ask our reception staff.
This is common, and it won't be a problem. We work with international patients daily and speak English, Malay, and Mandarin. We explain everything in simple, clear terms and provide written instructions. You're also welcome to bring a friend or family member to help translate.
