Home-based Health Screening

Our team can recommend a package based on your age, health goals, and concerns. You can also decide during your pre-screening GP consultation. We'll review your recent tests to avoid duplicates and recommend only what's relevant—the right tests matter more than doing more tests.

Fasting is NOT a requirement for most tests in the health screening, except for Fasting Glucose for diabetes, which requires at least 6 hours of fasting. All our packages employ the non-fasting HbA1c test for diabetes if you do not wish to fast. If unsure, you may come fasted for at least 6 hours for the health screening.

It’s great that you’re feeling well, but some health conditions develop quietly without showing any symptoms. Regular screening helps to detect issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol changes before they cause symptoms.

Only qualified nurses trained to work under strict clinic protocols. They follow high standards of hygiene, care, and professionalism so you can feel comfortable and safe throughout the screening.

Please be at home at your scheduled time and have your NRIC, FIN, or passport ready for identity verification. Remember to drink plenty of water to assist with the urine sample collection. You may continue taking your regular medications unless a doctor has advised otherwise.

Yes, completely. Our nurses are trained for test sample collection. Samples are processed by MOH-licensed laboratories.

Absolutely. We use sterile, single‑use medical equipment and follow MOH‑approved infection‑control procedures. The level of hygiene is identical to that in a licensed clinic.

After collection, each sample is sealed, labelled, and placed in a temperature‑controlled carrier. Our courier delivers it directly to our partner laboratory.

Completely confidential. Your results are shared only with your doctor and you. We store them securely and respect your privacy at every step.

Our home-based health screenings are available daily from 8am to 8pm, excluding public holidays.

Yes, you can cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule on short notice (less than 48 hours) or miss the home visit, a $65 transportation fee will be charged.

Not at all. Our nurses are friendly yet discreet. They arrive on time, wear appropriate protection, and work quietly and efficiently. Most patients are surprised by how smooth and non‑intrusive the process feels.

Around 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your package. Everything is prepared in advance to make the visit quick, hygienic, and comfortable — no queues, no wasted time.

You may submit your sample directly at our clinics at a later time. Alternatively, you may request a second collection appointment for a fee of $38.50.

Most results are ready within 1 to 2 working days. Once ready, we’ll invite you for a teleconsultation or in-person consultation and send them securely to you via email. Our doctor will explain what each result means and what to do next, so you leave with full clarity.

After your results are reviewed, the doctor will explain any findings and suggest if anything needs further observation. If all is well, you simply repeat your screening the following year to stay on track.

There is a $65 home‑visit fee to cover the nurse’s travel and on‑site service, added to the price of your selected screening package. This ensures your test is carried out by a qualified medical professional in the comfort of your home. There are no hidden charges, and all costs will be clearly shown during booking.

The package price shown is the final price. The health screening packages come with complimentary pre- and post-screening doctor reviews.

You can use MediSave for imaging tests at our radiology partner, up to S$300 per year. Please inform us if you’d like to use MediSave.
