MOH is progressively sending SMS to eligible Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents to enrol for Healthier SG. Those above 60 years old or above 40 years old with chronic diseases can self-enrol on Healthier SG via Health Hub. If you have not received the SMS, you may log in to Health Hub via Singpass to check your eligibility, alternatively you can visit our clinic for us to assist you.

Healthier SG first and foremost allow personalised and holistic care so as to achieve prevention of diseases and optimal management of chronic diseases to stave off complications. HealthierSG offers fully-subsidised health screening (under Screen For Life) and MOH-recommended vaccinations, and does away with 15% co-payment when using Medisave. Under HealthierSG, CHAS cardholders may also obtain selected chronic medications at polyclinic pricing so that their medical bill will not exceed the annual CHAS subsidy limit.
No, it is not compulsory but you are highly encouraged to join HealthierSG as it only offers you benefits without any downsides.
You may visit our HealthierSG clinic so that we can sign you up on your behalf. Alternatively you may visit community centres who can also assist you.
Healthier SG is all about preventive health and to empower patients to take charge of their own health by providing necessary resources and funding. It also enhances the GP-patient relationship such that the GP is the first point of contact for any healthcare needs and ought to know the patient’s medical and social background.
During the first consultation session, the doctor will review your entire medical history, specifically looking for chronic diseases, smoking status, obesity, physical and social activity status. Do bring along your past medical records so that the doctor will be able to assimilate the information. A health plan will be created and shared with you, focusing on specific interventions and monitoring at various time points.
